People & Prosperity - We set ourselves ambitious goals for diversity, equality and inclusion. To support this, we measure and report our measures in three focus areas: "People and Prosperity" - people and opportunities, "Planet" - environment and "Principles of Governance" - management. ![]() What is measured is done, and in 2020 we expanded our ESG commitment by linking ourselves to the International Business Council's Stakeholder Capitalism Metrics. An entrepreneur is someone who organizes, manages, and assumes the risks of a business or enterprise.
